B&C Awards 2021: Wharf Financial Services wins Best Bridging Broker Newcomer

The leading companies and individuals in bridging, commercial, development and specialist
banking were shortlisted in June to win the industry’s most prestigious awards and winners
were announced on 6 th October.

Almost 2,500 votes were cast by 31st May, in support of who the industry believes is
deserving of the famed B&C gold gongs.

Once the votes were tallied into a longlist of up to 15 firms per category, the B&C judging
panels — comprising key lenders and brokers — made their selections for which firms and
individuals they’d like to see on the shortlist.

The African Safari-themed event — in association with United Trust Bank — took place at
the Hurlingham Club in Fulham yesterday (6th October) with close to 700 guests in
attendance.

In total, 27 winners were announced as the bridging, commercial, development and
alternative finance industries met to celebrate the success and growth of these sectors over
the past 12 months.
